Become Energy Efficient

There are many things an individual can do to become more efficient in their use of energy. RVers and boaters are leaders in this kind of effort because they already understand the need, at least at times, to operate in a minimal energy mode.

Here are some ideas

Get rid of the inefficient lighting in your home and recreational vehicle or boat; replace them with LED lighting

Incandescent bulbs
Halogen bulbs
Low-efficiency fluorescent tubes
High-loss "ballasts" for fluorescent tubes

Drive in a manner that uses less energy
